Resident in the area for many years, we had already acted as interpreters in property transactions prior to setting up FincasDirect.com, and strive to maintain high standards of service and professionalism. Our aim is simple: to make selling or buying a property in Spain a pleasant experience.

We liaise with local authorities and arrange planning permission.
We contact local architects, technical architects and reputable, registered builders, and coordinate their services. High quality, rustic finish work is a speciality.
We monitor the building project and send regularly email reports with photos of the work in progress.
